Branson Landing aimed to open in 2006. Branson Landing to be a dynamic and diverse 96-acre project in Branson Missouri with a blend of shopping, retail, hotel, and theater space.

This large project is being overseed by the firm HCW Development Co. The first buildings are to be built by an expected date of 2006 and many more to come after wards including the new Branson Convention Center which should be a main building of interest in the project which is expected in 2007.

 Businesses already with claimed ground include Hilton Hotel, Bass Pro Shop, and Belk Department Stores. The Hilton Hotel will most likely make it's new home along the 1.5 mile shore line along Lake Taneycomo in the Branson Landing Project.

A wonderful blend of arrangements will be incorporated into the project with 6 different predicted architectual designs in the seperate areas of the area. There will also be an amphitheater that seats 1500 people, and a town square measuring 2.5 acres, and a boardwalk right along the shoreline.

Branson Landing will bring a new spark of lifestyle to the surrounding area and waterfront. And the tourism hopes to arouse a younger crowd to come forth and discover what Branson, Mo has to offer.
